Car rental Conditions

Driver’s minimum age: 25 years for groups D and T and 23 for the rest of the groups. In both cases, with a valid driving license and issued with a minimum age of 2 years.

Fuel and traffic ticket: Fuel costs and those caused by any traffic violation are the responsibility of the client.

Minimum rental period: The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).

Form of payment: Credit card. The total rental amount will be charged in advance plus a deposit established in the contract according to the vehicle group.

Documentation: To remove the vehicle you will have to present your driver’s license and identity card or passport, both valid.

Pick up and return: In our offices in Madrid. If the return occurs more than 2 hours late on the stipulated time, an additional rental day will be charged.

Taxes: The total rental amount includes the VAT payment (21%)

Others: Vehicles may not be transferred to islands or countries that are not from the E.U., except with special authorization.
